Because our products are delivered digitally and activated instantly, this Refund Policy explains when refunds or replacements may be issued.

By purchasing from www.atrook.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Digital Product Delivery

All our products are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.
Delivery is usually instant but may take up to 2 hours, depending on system verification.

Please ensure that your email address is correct and check both your inbox and spam/junk folders for your license key and download instructions.


2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital licenses, all sales are final once a product key has been delivered and activated.

However, we offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • You received an invalid or non-working license key that cannot be activated.

  • You purchased a product incompatible with your system, and you contacted our support team before activation for assistance or exchange.

  • You were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase and provide:

  • Order number

  • Email used for purchase

  • Screenshot or message of the activation error


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue a refund in the following cases:

  • The product has been successfully activated.

  • The product key has already been used or linked to a Microsoft account.

  • The customer provided an incorrect email address and the license was delivered to that address.

  • You changed your mind after purchase or ordered the wrong version after activation.

  • Your system does not meet Microsoft’s minimum requirements.


4. Replacement Policy

If your product key is invalid or not functioning properly, we will verify the issue and provide a replacement key at no extra cost once confirmed.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before delivery of the product key. Once the license key has been sent, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
